Disclaimer
Markov Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides vault curation and market design services for protocols such as Morpho and Fira. The services we offer are not legal, tax, investment, or technological advice, and they do not constitute any form of fiduciary relationship. Participation in any vault curated by Markov Labs is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
Markov Labs does not hold, custody, or guarantee any digital assets deployed to vaults. We do not act as a broker, custodian, investment adviser, or asset manager. Users are solely responsible for understanding that:
Digital assets deployed to vaults may lose some or all of their market value.
Positions may be partially or fully liquidated based on vault parameters, market conditions, or other factors outside of your control.
Any ability to withdraw or exit a vault is governed by the timelocks and withdrawal mechanisms of the underlying protocol, which may limit the notice period available to you.
Performance or success of any vault, including fees, yields, or allocations, cannot be guaranteed or reclaimed once executed. Markov Labs’ obligations exist solely in relation to the underlying protocol and do not extend to individual users or third parties. Your rights as a vault participant are governed by the terms of the underlying protocol, including Morpho’s Terms of Use or Fira’s equivalent agreements.
While we apply quantitative models, simulations, and risk frameworks to support vault setup and management, these tools cannot guarantee performance, returns, or protection against losses. Decisions regarding participation in any vault should be made independently and based on your own risk assessment, market perspective, and judgment.
Finally, you remain fully responsible for the lawful possession, custody, and security of your digital assets at all times. Markov Labs provides infrastructure, market design, and operational guidance—but the ultimate responsibility for asset management and risk lies with each user.
